- Alina Inayeh – Visegrad Insight Fellow. She is currently a non-resident fellow with German Marshall Fund and the lead advisor for Aspen Institute Romania. She joined GMF in 2007 as the director of the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation, a project dedicated to strengthening cooperation and fostering development in the Black Sea region.
- Alison Mutler – British journalist who has been working in Romania for more than 30 years. She was the Associated Press bureau chief for 25 years, reporting on Romania and Moldova and the region. She was part of a team that covered the 1989 Romanian revolution for British TV channel, ITN. For the past five years, she has worked for the Romanian-English Universul.net website and been its director for the past three years. She continues to freelances for Center for European Policy Analysis,

- Florin Cîțu – Romanian politician and economist. He served as the Prime Minister of Romania from December 23, 2020, until November 25, 2021. Prior to his tenure as Prime Minister, Cîțu held the position of Minister of Public Finance in the cabinets of former Prime Minister Ludovic Orban between 2019 and 2020. He began his professional career as an economist at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (2001–2003) and later at the European Investment Bank (2003–2005). Currently, he’s running BNW Advisory, a boutique consulting firm.
- Clara Volintiru – Director of the Bucharest Office of the German Marshall Fund and of the Black Sea Trust (BST). Prior to joining the BST she was the Director of the New Economy and Society Program at the Aspen Institute of Romania, and a consultant for international organizations such as the World Bank, European Commission, Eurofound, and Committee of the Regions.

- Ionela Ciolan – Research Officer at the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, focusing on European Foreign Policy, Security and Defence. Her areas of interest and expertise include European Security and Defence Policy, European Foreign Policy, NATO, Black Sea security, Arctic security, transatlantic relations, and EU relations with Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova.
- Adrian Mihaltianu – Marcin Król Fellow 2022/2023 at Visegrad Insight and a journalist with more than 17 years of experience, both in editorial and management teams for medium-sized and large media companies. Currently coordinating PressOne.ro, an independent, in-depth solutions journalism project bringing light on major issues in Romania and abroad.
