Programme aims

The overall strategic aim of our programme is strengthening resilience in the CEE region. Through training in resilience-building, strategic foresight, and countering disinformation, participants are equipped with certain tools to sustain democratic systems in Poland, the Baltic states, and Ukraine. The programme encourages fellows to influence public debate responsibly through media presence, digital engagement, and policy-oriented publications.

The aim is not only to develop Fellows’ leadership capacity but to amplify voices that already shape discourse, especially in the digital era (including cybersecurity and data governance leaders).

This programme will bridge civil society, policy, and business sectors and produce tangible policy- and media-oriented outputs. Across successive editions, Fellows will join a growing network of future-shaping peers committed to strengthening public trust in democratic institutions.
