EU Focus on Security in Gdansk. Rutte Urges War Readiness

Belarus: The Russian National Guard, which reports directly to Vladimir Putin, has signed an agreement with Alexander Lukashenko to help the Belarusian Interior Ministry in the fight against “terrorism and extremism” and will also support them in protecting public order and safety. This will certainly increase tensions with the opposition movement which has not shown signs of abating.
Lukashenko is mobilising more resources to stage fake support rallies.
