70 years after the last Hungarian Revolution, Russia-friendly Hungarian leadership asks for help from Moscow to manipulate voters into voting for Viktor Orbán. Péter Magyar – Orbán’s key opponent in the elections – decided to counter the threat by pre-bunking the disinformation campaign that traces back to the Kremlin.
According to the investigative outlet VSquare, three agents recently arrived in Budapest to employ the operational methods that had already been tested in Moldova.
