EU Focus on Security in Gdansk. Rutte Urges War Readiness

The European Union summit ended with a qualified success as Hungary dropped its threat to veto the start of accession talks with Ukraine but blocked agreement on extending EU financial aid for struggling Kyiv despite pressure from the remaining 26 leaders.
