Trump’s Hopes for Peace To Be Sliced Like Budapest Salami

Central and Eastern European countries are witnessing a booming trade with China in the run-up to this week’s 17+1 conference on 9 February. However, it was recently announced that higher-ranking officials from Estonia and Lithuania would not be joining. On 9 February, the presidents of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia will gather to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Visegrad Group.
