Despite the ongoing war, Ukraine offers substantial investment potential due to its large consumer market, competitive workforce, strategic location and rich natural resources. This is equally true for Ukraine’s cutting-edge technology sector as it is for traditional sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare, education and agriculture, many of which require recovery efforts.
In fact, several major private investments have already been made since the full-scale invasion began, with companies like Kronospan, Unilever, ArcelorMittal, Kingspan and Nestlé stepping in. Some of these ventures have been supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and have positively impacted Ukraine’s recovery, laying the groundwork for future growth.
