A week ago, the Dutch government authorized authorities froze or confiscated around 200 million euros of Russian assets. A fortnight ago, the Belgian Government froze 10 billion euros worth of assets linked to authorities in Moscow. What has the Polish Government done about it in the meantime?
It cleared goods travelling by lorry through Belarus to Russia without detailed checks and moored a Russian oil tanker in Gdańsk. And did not ask uncomfortable questions about the beneficiaries of real companies like Strabag or Vivus Finance.
